01. Booking and your seat
Your seat is held once we receive the deposit shown on your trip page and confirm your booking in writing on WhatsApp or email.

02. Balance
The balance is due 30 days before departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full.
03. Prices
Prices are per person, in Indian rupees, for triple sharing. Double rooms cost extra, as shown on the trip page. Trips abroad are land packages: international flights and visa fees are excluded unless the trip page says otherwise.
04. Cancellation by you
More than 30 days before departure: a full refund except the deposit, which you can move once to any departure within 12 months. From 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the trip price is refundable. Under 15 days before departure, or if you do not show up: no refund. You may transfer your seat to a friend at no cost up to 7 days before departure.
05. Changes and cancellation by us
If a departure does not reach the minimum group size, or is cancelled for safety, weather or reasons outside our control, you can choose a full refund or another date. Weather, road or trail conditions may change the itinerary on the day; we will swap in an equivalent plan.
06. Rooms
Triple sharing is the default, with travellers of the same gender from your group. Women-only rooms are available on request.
07. Your responsibilities
Bring valid ID or a passport and any required visas, and disclose health and fitness information honestly for treks. Follow the trip host and local guides, respect local rules and treat other travellers with respect. We may remove anyone whose behaviour puts the group at risk, without a refund.
08. Insurance and health
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is required for trips abroad. Treks involve uneven ground and altitude.
09. Photos
Trip hosts take photos and videos. Tell your host if you do not want to appear on our Instagram.
