- Day 0
Delhi meetup, then the night bus
Meet the group for a 20-minute coffee near the pickup point. Names before seats. Then the overnight AC traveller north, with a round of find-the-impostor, a mystery game and a playlist the group builds together.
Meetup around 7–8 PM. Café and pickup point shared with the final plan.
- Day 1
Wake up under the Dhauladhars
Arrive in Dharamkot by morning. Check in, slow breakfast, then a village walk and the cafés the place is known for. First group dinner at the hostel kitchen.
Hostel with an in-house kitchen, so meals stay simple and shared.
- Day 2
McLeod Ganj & Bhagsu
Tsuglagkhang temple complex, the market lanes and a Tibetan lunch. Walk out to Bhagsu waterfall in the afternoon. Evening jam at the stay if the group is up for it.
Free time in the afternoon if you would rather sit in a café with a book.
- Day 3
Up to Triund, sleep on the ridge
A guided climb to Triund with the snowline of the Dhauladhars in front of you. Tents, dinner and a bonfire on the ridge.
Weather permitting. If the trail is unsafe in December, we swap in a shorter guided walk and a night in Dharamkot.
- Day 4
Down the trail, onto the bus
Sunrise on the ridge, then down to Dharamkot for lunch. Board the traveller back to Delhi. Round two of the games, by now with people who are not strangers.
- Day 5
Back in Delhi
