How it works
From hello to the bus
in four steps.
No forms, no hold music. You message us, the plan arrives in writing, and you pay only when you are in.
Opens WhatsApp with your message ready. No payment now.
The four steps.
- 01
Message us
WhatsApp opens with your message ready. Tell us which trip, and whether you are coming solo.
- 02
Get the plan in writing
The day-wise plan, final quote, room sharing and cancellation terms. A call only if you want one.
- 03
Pay to hold your seat
Payment instructions arrive with your confirmed plan. Your seat is held the moment the payment clears.
- 04
Meet the crew
An intro call with the host and the group, then chai together before the bus.
What a trip includes. And what it does not.
Included
- Stays, ground transport and group activities as listed in the trip plan
- A trip host with the group from the first meetup to the last stop
- A local guide wherever a trip includes a trek
- The day-wise plan and final quote in writing before you pay
Not included
- Getting to and from the starting city
- Personal shopping, extra snacks and drinks
- Anything not written into the final plan
Coming solo
You will not be the only one.
How rooms work
Shared by default, friends kept together. Room sharing is agreed with you before you pay.
Your first hour
A warm meal and introductions, then shared plans and no-screen games — find the impostor, a mystery round, a jam if someone brings a guitar.
Safety and weather.
Guides on treks
A local guide walks every trek with the group. No experience needed, but you should be fine walking uphill for a few hours.
Plans that bend
If a trail is unsafe, we swap in a shorter guided walk or a rest day. We never push a trek for the plan’s sake.
Before you ask.
How do I book a seat?
Message us on WhatsApp. We send the day-wise plan, final quote, room sharing and cancellation terms in writing. Payment instructions arrive with your confirmed plan; your seat is held once payment clears, and nothing is paid before that.
Do I need to know anyone?
No. Most people come solo. Day one ends with a warm meal and introductions, and the shared plans give you an easy way into the group.
What does it cost?
Dharamkot & Triund: to be confirmed. Price, inclusions and booking terms reach you in writing before you pay.
Where will I sleep?
Clean hostels with kitchens. Rooms are shared by default and friends stay together; room sharing is agreed with you before you pay.
What if the weather turns?
If a trail is unsafe, a guided walk replaces it and you stay at the hostel instead. We never push a trek for the plan’s sake.
How hard is the trek?
Expect uneven ground and uphill walking. The trek goes ahead only if December weather and trail conditions allow; otherwise a shorter guided walk replaces it. No summit or snowfall guarantee.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellation terms are written into the plan we send before you pay, so you see them before any money moves.
Will I get to talk to someone?
Yes. After you pay, there is an intro call with the host and the group. Before that, a call is available if you want one.
No questions match. Try a shorter word, or just ask us on WhatsApp.
