Privacy

01. What we collect

We collect only what you send us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or type into the enquiry form. The form builds a WhatsApp message on your device; the site itself stores nothing on a server and sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Maps load tiles from OpenFreeMap and terrain from AWS Open Data, which see your IP address like any website.

02. How we use it

We use your information to answer your enquiry, plan and run your trip, and share the trip group chat with you.

03. Who sees it

Your trip host, stays and transport providers see your information only as needed to run your trip. We never sell it.

04. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept as required for accounts. Ask us to delete the rest.

05. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by contacting us on WhatsApp.

06. Children

Our trips are for adults aged 18 and over.

07. Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page.

08. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact Backpack India on WhatsApp +91 99995 11579 or Instagram @gobackpackindia.
